Every Christmas, The Salvation Army provides around 160,000 meals and over 64,000 hampers and vouchers to individuals and families in need. As COVID-19 continues to impact individuals, families and communities across the country, your support now is more important than ever. By donating food or gifts, you can help us make sure we leave no one in need this festive season. Stratton Out of School Care will be a drop off point if you would like to contribute to the Christmas hampers we will be donating

10.01.2022 Past experience tells us victims of family and domestic violence are at increased risk during times of crisis. And there is no doubt that COVID-19 presents new ...ways for perpetrators to isolate, monitor and control their partners and family members. To protect victims and survivors during this challenging period, the McGowan Government has moved to allow applications for restraining orders to be made online through registered legal services such as Legal Aid WA, Aboriginal Family Law Services and community legal services. Anybody can contact these agencies by phone or in person and be assisted with the lodgement of their application. The change is one of a raft of legislative reforms to keep Western Australians safe at a time when many are isolated from their communities. For more information visit www.victimsofcrime.wa.gov.au.

10.01.2022 If you live in the Midland surrounding area and have a child going to kindy in 2021 you may like to register for this program.
