We are a busy store year round and require a strong Customer Service Clerk capable of maintaining the company's high standards in quality product and customer experience. The person we are looking for has amazing people skills, great communication skills, engaging, warm and reliable, with a love for customer... service. Here's what you need: Current RSA Experience working in a fast paced takeaway environment and understanding the process of quality and consistency. Have great communication skills Amazing attitude and warm, friendly and happy manner, with an understanding for what it takes to deliver exceptional customer service, knowing how to handle customer queries. A confident and positive nature. We are customer focused, and our focus is all about our people so its your job to make our customers feel great when they are in our store. This job requires a people person! Ability to work quickly and calmly, under pressure. Speed and being quick on your feet is essential for this role. Good understanding of food health and safety requirements. This is critical in our business of takeaway food and coffee. You need to have great attention to detail, be honest, positive and reliable. The Customer Service Clerk position is casual offering min 15 hours per week, you must be available to work weekends, including night.
