01.01.2022 COVID has bought with is much disappointment due to events being cancelled and athletes missing out on opportunities to compete at certain events. Perhaps the ...hardest luck story of all is that of the athletes who were selected to represent Hobart & Launceston at the International Children's Games in Hungary. After fundraising for over two years to subsidise the trip, which was to take place at the end of June, the event was cancelled due to the COVID pandemic. Little Athletics Tasmania would like to acknowledge these athletes and their families who worked tirelessly across many fundraising activities, only to miss out on what would have been the trip of a lifetime.
