21.01.2022 Need a healthy and simple dinner idea? Try this recipe, inspired by our Lamb & Haloumi Grain Bowl in store. Ingredients // Serves 1 40g baby spinach 140g cooked brown rice & quinoa... 30g Lebanese cucumber, diced 15g red onion, finely sliced 30g grilled haloumi 60g cooked lamb, sliced thinly 10g pine nuts 30g lemon dressing Toss together all ingredients, divide between two plates and serve. To make your own lemon dressing, put the juice of one lemon, 90ml extra virgin olive oil and some salt and pepper in a jar, then shake to mix.
