14.01.2022 Struggle street. Do you live on it? It’s not always easy to do the walking. I hear you. This week it has been a dragggg getting myself out the door. The payoff never changes though. It’s always worth it. Happy head. Healthy body. But what do you do when the motivation is missing? I’d love any tips.

11.01.2022 Long time between posts! How’s your walking going? Oh I’ve been so low on inspo for months now. Which is all the more reason to do it. But I’m a little sick of walking to my local duck pond just for the heck of it. So for a bit of a laugh, I’ve signed up for one of those virtual walking challenges. You know the ones? Where you sync your Apple Watch and walk the same distance as a famous trail. So this month I’m wandering along the Inca Trail. 42km. Shouldn’t take long. Then I...’m off to Hadrian’s Wall. 145km I think. The virtual version of the Camino de Santiago is over 700km I think so not sure about that one. Anyway, it’s a bit daggy, yep, but I’m off the couch and walking again. AND I get a medal in the post when I’m finished haha.
