21.01.2022 Hi All, Please note training as per normal tomorrow night Tuesday 5/3/19 @ Duggan Hall, 6pm start as usual. Training for grading with Nemoto Sensei will be Wednesday 6/3/19 @ MAH hall at the Rockhampton Grammar School. Those not knowing where this is please call me for directions.... Training WILL COMMENCE @ 5:30pm please be there at the MAH by 5:15PM at the latest- dressed and ready to go, BRING YOUR OWN WATER BOTTLES. Grading will be on Thursday 7/3/19 COMMENCING AT 5:30PM once again be there by 5:15PM at MAH - The Rockhampton Grammar School. 06.01.2022 Rockhampton Dojo Members, Just a friendly reminder there is NO TRAINING TONIGHT 20/03/2020 At this stage training is back to normal from next week and will continue as normal unless otherwise advised. We will have hand sanitiser set up at the entry of the Dojo, it is a requirement of entry to the Dojo that everybody utilise the sanitiser upon entry and exit of the Dojo. If you choose to self-isolate during this time we completely understand and support your decision to do so.... But please remember to continue training at home. Any Dojo members, their family or friends who feel unwell or have cold or flu like symptoms should stay away from the Dojo and seek medical assistance as required. Everybody should continue to maintain safe hygiene practices and stay up to date with the advice issued by the Queensland Department of Health. ***Please ensure you bring your own pre filled water bottle to training every night to avoid the risk of cross contamination from the communal water fountain*** See more
