05.01.2022 We had an issue with our ariston washing machine the other day and Terry was so helpful over the phone.. took the time to try and help us out. Was under warrant...y so Terry didnt want us to be out of pocket when we didnt have to so suggested contacting the company instead. Really helpful, lovely to deal with and was happy trying to help us out. Would definitely recommend and use again if we have any other issues. Thanks again Terry. See more

He very kindly talked me through a trouble shoo...ting solution, which I followed to the letter.
