Daphne has supported so many of us in the Aussie tennis family over the years, with wisdom and humour, making a huge contribution to our sport....Wimbledon doubles finalist and a lifetime of brilliant achievements on and off the court. Love and condolences to Daphs husband Trevor, an IC life member, sons Charlie, Michael, Chris and all of Daphnes family and friends. She will be greatly missed.

12.01.2022 @svetlanak27 opens up about some of the mental struggles of tennis life Svetlana The quarantine took me by surprise I rarely talk about this and try to focus on positive things, but I decided to share it with you, because everyone can find themselves in a similar situation, and you need to know how to deal with it ... The funny thing is that I got this news when I was at the supermarket in US where I came to the tournament. Of course, me and my team were shocked and confused - such things had never happened before, everything was suddenly cancelled. I bought a ticket for the first flight and flew back home to my family and friends to Moscow. At first, I had a fighting attitude, and I was eager to train exactly until I realized that quarantine would take a long time, and there was nowhere to hurry ... Then apathy came and completely decided not to go in for sports, relaxed. My psychologist helped me out of this state. It was at that moment that I realized the importance of working on a service. @beseda.life I myself know how hard it is to find a specialist who can help cope with emotional difficulties. Therefore, for my platform, I select people who I would turn to for help myself. If we talk about today, then thanks to the support of a psychologist, I was able to balance my life in order to be in harmony with myself - this is the most important. The period is now difficult, but you need to try to look for a plus and let go of the negative!

Walk for Women's Tennis), this week Karis court up with Tennis Australia President’s Women in Tennis Scholarship holder, and attendee of the invite-only Next Gen High Performance Coaching Program, Marisa Gianotti.
