Clients cancelling with less than 24hrs notice will be required to pay 50% of the treatment value. 2 or more no-shows will result in a loss of privilege to rebook at Energetica. There is a 4-6 week wait for appointments and last minute and on the day cancellations mean loss of work for me as it’s not enough time to fill the space, as well as keeping others from booking in in the first place.
