Check out the guys from the The Resilience Project, their mission is to teach positive mental health strategies to help people become happier and more resilient. They focus on GEM (Gratitude, Empathy and Mindfulness) to promote positive emotions. This week for Mental Health Week they will be featuring a GEM Chat on their Facebook page. 17.01.2022 Over the past month we have been working with the VCAL students from Melton Christian College on a series of work readiness sessions. This week it was time for Mock interviews! We all know how daunting and scary an interview can be, but this group did a fantastic job!! They were well prepared, punctual, and presented very well! A huge thank you to the following people for supporting our students by offering their time to interview and develop the skills of our local students.
