23.01.2022 Just recommissioned some scoreboard controllers for Townsville Sports Reserve. Had fun identifying why they were having range issues with their wireless controllers and developing a custom solution. Had loads of fun on this job in conjunction with OmniTitan Productions.

18.01.2022 Don't let this be you!!! Ensure your equipment is flown by a suitably qualified rigger with a valid High Risk Work licence. This lighting bar was immediately de-commisioned and replaced for two reasons... 1. The uni strut supporting it was not load calculated to take the weight or induced lateral movement from the lighting bar (outside engineering specs).... 2. The C-clamp is secured to the uni-strut with... ZIP-TIES?!?! This lighting bar mount was replaced with black HD pipe and mounted with 500kg I beam clamps to the buildings I-beams. Legal, secure, functional and most importantly SAFE! At Milkshake AVC we refuse to endorse anything that can put life in danger. No cost-cutting is ever worth that.

14.01.2022 Who said Domestic installs needed to be cheap, nasty and ugly?!? Just finished this home cloud and media centre with multi access point commercial grade WiFi mesh system. All wiring is CAT6a and properly grounded and certified for 10Gb/Sec! Future plans include an 8 camera surveilance system and further direct cabling to office computers and smart devices including Televisions to take even more load off the already ripping fast WiFi network.

11.01.2022 Are you on NBN Fibre to the Node (FTTN)? Do you have slow internet speeds from NBN? Have you considered the problem is not the NBN but the under experienced electrical contractor that installed your premises cabling? NBN's responsibility ends at the network boundary (NTD Box or first socket). Everything after that belongs to the property owner.... Poor quality cable or poorly laid cable can reduce your speed to 30% or more of its potential! This upgrade saw a jump from 25/5 to 52/26MBps during peak times.
