04.02.2022 . . Ever sat next to someone in a packed cinema and couldnt wait til the movie was over coz the person sitting next to you feels weird? Have you ever been introduced to a complete stranger and you feel so sad? You can’t explain why you feel this. . We all feel energy, some people feel it more than others, some feel varying degrees of energy (some people will feel off and others will feel the actual emotions that someone is feeling).... . When I was younger I felt other peoples energy quite overwhelming and at times being able to pick up on it felt intrusive so I built up a little wall. . I have a little social anxiety. I feel overwhelmed energetically in crowds and I sometimes feel weird walking into a room with more than a few people in it. . It wasn’t until I was in my 40’s that I realised I could use that energy and how it made me feel to help people heal, not so much physically (I can’t heal broken bones ), but mentally and emotionally and combined with little nudges from Spirit, I started doing Spiritual Healings. . 25.01.2022 Family Patterns . I read a story on Facebook about a girl who was cooking a lamb roast for her and her boyfriend. . During the prep, she cut about an inch off the end of the lamb leg. When her boyfriend asked her why she cut the end of the lamb leg her response was Mum always does it whenever she cooks a lamb roast. ... . Her boyfriend was curious and said call your Mum and ask why she does it. . The girl rang her Mum and asked her why she always cut the end of the lamb leg, to which she responded because my Mum always did it. . The boyfriend was more intriguedwhat could possibly be the reason for cutting the end of the lamb roast? Did it make the lamb leg juicier? Did it cook faster? Call your Mum and ask her why she cut an inch off the end of the lamb leg he said to his girlfriends Mother. . So she called her Mum and her response was oh I had to cut the end off because I could never fit the whole lamb leg in our old small oven . Two generations and potentially more would go on to cut the end of the lamb leg because that’s just what Mum always did..no questions asked. . Some family patterns and beliefs and even fears, can be hard to break or even recognise, they become a part of our life without us even realising. . Whether they are financial patterns/beliefs (did you grow up with abundance or did your parents live pay cheque to pay cheque), running your own business or working for someone else, weight beliefs (during weight reduction RTT sessions clients will often say our family has always been big!!), or even cooking a lamb roast . What pattern or belief suited one (the girls Grandmother with the small oven), doesn’t mean that has to be our story. We need to recognise what patterns and beliefs are our own and what are just passed down from others. Cutting the end off a lamb roast isn’t a big deal, but if your family patterns extend to what you believe is available (or not) to you in your life, then those patterns can be very limiting and disempowering . I have finally qualified as a Rapid Transformational Therapy Certified Hypnotherapist. Rapid Transformational Therapy is an incredibly effective way of accessing your subconscious mind to understand why you have certain limiting/negative beliefs. Not only do you fully understand the root cause of those beliefs, but through RTT you become free of them.

03.01.2022 When people find out I'm a Spiritual Healer one of the first things I get asked is "oooh so what do you actually do?". Sometimes I find it hard to put into words So in the words of my fave Tarot reader Kate Pasz, I "unfuck peoples minds"!! Simple And that seems to be my unique healing gift. It's like I play a game of Tetris inside your head, moving "stuff" (preconceived ideas, stagnant & stuck thought processes, limiting beliefs to name a few) around until the niggly cr...ap drops away and what needs to be healed, is pushed forwards. A bit like clearing boxes out of the attic, some stuff gets to stay, but some boxes have to be gone through with care (healed). A lot of what's going on in your mind, translates to dis-ease in other areas of your physical body. I see clients who have no medical answer to various symptoms, but after a Healing session, they become aware of what's playing in their mind and how that affects their physical body.
