17.01.2022 Happy Mother's Day to all. I had the privilege of holding a workshop at the Cultural Centre for the Scenic Rim Council. I meet some beautiful people. They all decorated their cupcakes ready for Mother's Day. A very lovely day. Thanks to all who attended. A big thank you to Cakes Around Town for sponsor. 01.01.2022 I made a green with rainbow cake inside for a young boy who has to overcome many challenges in his young life. His Nanna ordered the cake from me she had to tell him it was rainbow colours inside, because the excitement of this could cause him to have a seizure. Well he was so happy, his little message he sent brought a tear to my eye. A simple little cake could make some one so happy!!!! "Hi Sam, this is Alex here I just want to thank u so very much for making me my green cake.Green is my favorite color and Nannie said there will b a surprise when I cut it and there was there was awesome rainbow colors.I have neva had a cake like that before and It was the most delicious cake I have eva tasted.
