22.01.2022 We often get asked 1) how much fruit and veggies do we go through And 2) what do we do with all the waste... Well, pic 1 is an idea of how many boxes of produce we used in the last week (hardly any plastic!!!) And pic 2 is waste, pure organic matter. Just fruit and veg scraps that are destined to feed some hungry chooks. We have anywhere between 4-10 bags of fruit scraps every day We only discard half a bag of rubbish each day - mostly empty cleaning supplies and gloves. We use glass bottles to help encourage recycling and avoid excess plastic use
