25.01.2022 Junior Sports Day (Prep - 2) - Today was fantastic! Our students exuded joy. This event was about Fun, fitness and friendly competition. When I spoke to one year level group today, a child called out, That’s alliteration. Craig Marias planned and ran this event. Thank you! Well done on the weather too Craig! 25.01.2022 Cross Country 2020 - We came up with a plan to be able to share our cross country with parents and carers because we couldn’t have spectators this year. 19 movies showing Cross Country 2020 have now been uploaded to Facebook (look in our Videos). A huge thank you to Mr Marais, Mr Wharton and Mr Hayer for devising the 5 filming point approach with the addition of GoPro and drone footage and the many, many hours spent creating the movies! 22.01.2022 Thank you volunteers! This year, our P&C organised a wonderful volunteer appreciation event. Today, volunteers enjoyed a lovely morning tea at Rebound Land thanks to the generous support of John Fischer, PRD Burleigh Heads.

22.01.2022 We were the underdogs (age, back pain, poor eyesight etc.) but in an upset defeated Yr 6 in a staff v student touch football match today. I must admit, there were some spectacular skills and teamwork on display from both sides. Thanks to my team and students for encouraging me. It’s been about 20 years since I’ve played. It was great fun! This is one of the things that we do to treasure the final year of primary school with our students. x Zoe Harlow (Principal)

20.01.2022 Behind the scenes: Team Tally staff completed anaphylaxis training today. This photo is of our teaching team, office team and school leaders after school. Teacher aides completed the training earlier in the day. This very important training was provided by Qld Health. All participants successfully completed the practical assessment. She acknowledged outstanding student achievement and heard about some of our initiatives to care for the environment. Scotty is to credit for our beautiful gardens, endless hedges, perfect fields.... Scotty is the epitome of The Tally Way.
