20.01.2022 An overload of photos and fun this week at daycare

20.01.2022 Wow, what a crazy busy week we had! This week we got to celebrate my birthday and the children and families couldnt have possibly made my day anymore wonderful if they tried! We went on a wonder walk through the farm and explored all nature has to offer us. To prepare us for this and get our minds wondering out the outside world we read The Childrens Book Of The Year Award Winner - A Walk In The Bush by Gwyn Perkins which the children loved! Lots of beautiful birthday paintings for the childrens family members and to have on the fridge at daycare.

14.01.2022 I was super slack getting photos this week as we were too busy playing, learning, exploring and enhancing all our skills! Regardless of the lack of photos, we still managed to have a fabulous week together

14.01.2022 Well Ive just walked out the door and sadly said goodbye to all my beautiful children and families for the time being, not knowing when I will have the opportunity to look after their gorgeous souls again I must say though that I am so, so EXTREMELY grateful for the support I have received from all the families in the very difficult decision I made to close for a while and one that was not taken lightly at all, but everyone has been so wonderful, and for that I just want to say the biggest thank you to you all! I will be back and open as soon as it is safe enough to do so, love to you all

14.01.2022 Our Pyjama week had sadly come to an end All the children loved coming in their pjs everyday and I guess I should admit it.... I didnt exactly hate it either This week we: - changed some toys around again; re-stimulating our minds - Watched The Lion King; just for fun ... - played lots of group games; practising our social and communication skills with one another - celebrated 2 birthdays - got our source of daily physical exercise and vitamin D with some fun outdoors; chasings, shops, using the obstacle course and balance beam to enhance our hand eye coordination and gross motor skills - read some more new books.. whoops, not sure who enjoys the books more, the children or myself guilty.. Enjoy your weekend everyone!

13.01.2022 At Little Wonders we have the most wonderful privilege of having beautiful farm lands to explore and go on wonder walks. This morning we ventured out through the paddocks and across the hills to see what we could see, hear and smell out in our beautiful country environment. The children were so very excited to see the gorgeous moos and sheepies

12.01.2022 Another week done and dusted! This week was a little special as we had an excursion to Melita Honey Farm in Chudleigh as they sadly closed their doors on Tuesday - so of course we had to indulge in one last delicious ice cream and be treated with a special dancing bee toy each This afternoon we had some toy changes all ready for school holidays on Monday, in which our days are going to be very busy, but we cant wait to share our days with all our school aged friends also!

12.01.2022 Daycare at the farm is just all too exciting p.s. If only I had the camera rolling 20 seconds earlier when the tractor turned on and they raced to the window with so much excitement they could hardly contain themselves... a tractor, a tractor!
